Coach is a High School coach at Oceanside High School in Long Island and operates the Long Island Wide Receiver Academy as his full-time job. He also has experience in Europe both playing 3 years professionally in Florence, Italy and also coaching with the same team.

14:29 I see what he means but he rotated early, you could easily tell which way he was going. You wanna stay square when you're snapping down and then rotate fast
So, we don’t want to enter the break slightly square to diminish an indicator and have the ability for a two way go?
What’s the deal with the dead hands on breaks and no “elbow whip” to open the hip on breaks?
You want elbows tight to your body…if coach is coaching dead hands - most likely to avoid an indicator for a DB…They know you’re about to break , they can drive on the right and undercut it.
@@mariocuniglio6279 saw a lot of dead hands in the film; when we break we emphasis “track/violent hands”, use the elbow whip to open the hips and break; not a fan of dead hands, air plaining, Or guys “turning the crank”, when breaking
