Really good video. I had to do some digging on the GEN 5 platfrom to figure out under Idle>RPM>Follower>Immediate in the same table as your two Under Over speed tables. They just put the togather on the new stuff. I adjusted it the same amount under the Predicted Tab too.
hello mr jack . i need ask you about my track silverado engine size 5.3 but i change engine to 6.2 with cam shaft stag2 , what i can do from everything for new engine . i have hptuner . please i want your honest opinion . please dont forget me . thank you so match
I have a gen 4 so Ima going to watch this video over and over and I’ll try this. I had to subscribe. Man got straight to the point and explained it perfectly. Only question is on the other charts where you multiply it by 1.1 or 10%. Do you do that for all the ones in that column???
My boosted C6 Vette has a mild cam, 222/228 dur. and I want a smooth idle. Adding an artificial poor idle quality sounds goofy. Why would anyone do that?
I think his underspeed numbers were supposed to be multiplied by a negative not a positive. I got the same effect as you. But in another video, they multiplied the underspeed by -2 and I got a chop with that one.
Ive always loved the way top fuel sounds, which doesn't chop. Thanks for your time and knowledge, Mike in DFW
Have you worked with Holley software, I have a dominator and curious how to build a choppy idle tune. Thanks.

Great chop sounds 😂
Thank you for the video. At 3:16 did you increase all the tables in green 10%? I noticed you only adjusted one table in the video.
wheres the vid of car running?
I got my truck tune. The chop is driving me crazy on LA traffic.
Can you do the same on a holley terminator x system
Yes
Go to advanced ICF - 1D table - then make a timing table offset
Well done!! You should put out more HP tuners tutorials.
I have been playing with my idle overspeed/underspeed for the past month trying to get mine dialed in.
Teach me!

What’s the max under and over timing you could go ? Iv seen up to -50 and +45 is that safe ?
Seems a bit aggressive.
Buy hp pro today did a cam swap and 3000 stall it had efi live now but the turner live in CA and I'm in nv.. will i be abel to see what he did?
Will thos make a stock cam chop some ?
No, this just allows a bigger cam to chop freely, instead of holding it back
Can you do this with a 2016 Silverado
If only there was a camera to video with, thats higher than 320 dpi..
Can you do this on a fitech ultimate ls system
I know this was a year ago but it’s under idle stability spark
I higher or lower it in idle stability spark

lmao, multiplying something by 1.1 is an increase of 10% my guy
1.1 or 10% ?????
Just did this on mine. 222/233 cam in a 5.3 that was idling smooth at 650rpm....now it chops. I can do a before and after video.....
would love to see the comparison
Where is the video?
I haven’t done it yet
@@ujslost here’s the video. I did it tonight, just for you. ruclips.net/video/HNu6F4f6D9Y/видео.html
You did exactly what he did in this video?
Any ideas how to do this on sbc with efi?
Will all these adjustments work the same on a C5 automatic
Yes
Does this work on the p01 i cant find the under and overspeed tables in mine
go to Edit, then View, and select "Advanced View". close the engine tab and then reopen.
@@AnglinTexas bloody legend!
@@AnglinTexas will upload BFR and after, 👍👍👍
fully thought w/o a big cam that result was near impossible to crack. shot bro
Make a video of the vehicle running
Good idea! I will post a before and after.
@@JacobVillemain thank you
I wonder if this would work on a 2.2l ecotec car 🤣
I see no reason not to try

Right I have a 08 Silverado 5.3 tsp stage 2 cam and it idles stock it’s nice most videos I see are shaking like hell
My tune in my truck must be really F’d up ! This actually made the idle smoother on my truck.

How would this work on a GEN V 2014 Silverado.
Did the before and after video ever happen? New here
Not that I can find. Would love to see that too!
Sounds like Scooby Doo doing chop noises 🤣
bra bra bra bra brap brap brap brap brap
Won't this hurt the engine? Excuse my lack of knowledge.
I dig the chop sounds!! Lol
Lol
Going too high gives me a check engine light.
I thought the chop just came from a big ass cam
It can. But you can make a big ass cam chop REALLY good with this tune.
Lol you guys can have the chop off my cobalt I don’t need it
