I had inazuma completely mapped and I was world level 4 when I got my first 5 star, and I lost the 50/50. I could've gotten Ayaka, but I got Jean. I wasn't super disappointed, but I still wanted Ayaka.
I think calling him a healer is a bit of an overstatement...xD 300-400 HP or so every 6 seconds at lvl 90 (and only for himself, at that) is not exactly what I'd classify as a healer 🤷♀️

The game tracks pity for the three separate banners (or 4 banners if your a newb who didn't use up their beginner banner). Unless you have all the characters you want, then it's best to avoid the weapon and standard banners as only the limited time character banners guarantees a 5 star character whereas the standard banner may instead give you a 5 star weapon. Also, even if you lose the initial 50/50 by getting a non banner 5 star on a specific character banner, you can then save up your primos for another upcoming character banner YOU REALLY WANT and FOR SURE get the banner 5 star when your next pity hits. (hopefully not at 90 wishes.lol) Worst case you have to roll 180 times, but you will at least get two 5 star characters... Better to build up your pity in a single banner instead of spreading it out to three separate banners, unless of course you already have every character you want, in which case go for the weapon banner. You should only roll on the standard banner with the free Acquaint Fates the game gives you, all your earned primos (either earned with time if F2P or Money if whale) should be spent on Intertwined Fates if your smart.

I got lucky when rolling for Hu Tao and went from C2 to C6 Xingqiu. Unfortunately I haven’t upgraded him very much so my most powerful support is level 50 at WL6

For anyone not understanding the pity counter thing: For character banners, if you want a guaranteed 5 star, you need to pull at least 90 times to fill your pity up. For item/weapon banners, it would be 80. Of course, you can still get 5 starts before the pity counter hits. You can also not get the 5 stars at all, but get around two later on, on your 120th or 130th pull. After you get your character/weapon, the pity resets, meaning you have to work your way up. The fastest way to earn pity is to do rolls of ten. Remember that you can still get 5 stars on single pulls.

There is also soft pity at 70-80. It is recommended to do one summons at this point. 10 1 summons are also the same of doing a ten summon.
