Satellite hat / DIY Tutorial video on hat making

how to make hats and fascinators of different style and with different materials.
the following are what is required to made the satellite hat.
1. Sinamay / paper mat to bloch the crown
2. Net fabric
3. Millinery wire (74 inches for the brim & 26 inches for the crown)
4. all purpose adhesive
5. Bias
