Just one of my favorites and a song that Zep didn't like to play live on tour cause they said it was too hard to do it justice. But Zepparella does. Love it.
Gretchen is absolutely phenomenal Jimmy overdubbed his recording of this song Gretchen just played This was recorded before Christina joined the band but I think the vocals were great👍🤠
These ladies, are doing a great job of this go girls yeah! Saw zeppelin in 1967 Denver Colorado. They weren’t playing this song yet.

taught myself to play this over 40 years ago in a bedsit. from a guitarists point of view, jimmy pages guitar work is such fun to play. nicely done zeparella. isnt easy to do zep as a four piece with no keyboards.

We all agree Jimmy played this on a Strat in the studio, and with a B-bender Tele at times live. But it becomes a logistics hassle having to haul multiple guitars to gigs, where there is always a 2nd guitar set for DADGAD (for Kashmir), and at times a 3rd guitar (a Danelectro for doing "In My Time Of Dying"). Nothing will replace that single-coil twang on a Strat/Tele, one does the best it can with the main ax which is the Les Paul. Thanks for your comments.

Nice playing & effort but this isn’t for me. Les Paul is the wrong choice of guitar.
Sure that Jimmy played this with a Telecaster so would have more of that single coil effect. It just comes down to how much gear you wanna buy and carry to each gig.
@@TheZepparellaFiles Thank you for your reply. Putting the lack of a B-bender aside, I think you played this well enough. I just think the timbre of the Les Paul & Amp combination doesn't have the sparkle that this tune requires. Now, if you used this combination on Sick Again or Wanton Song, for instance, I think you would have KILLED It!!!!!!!!
