They forgot to ship you the orange silicon bumpers for the toiletries (so they don't slide around or break if your counters are made of marble or other hard material), go to your boutique and ask for them. I also have the hair and shower gels (used to be plastic bottles at a much lower price, as well as these new glass bottles), they get wet everyday in the shower, and the stickers do not come off.
