You are the customer all of you are I don’t know why everyone is starting to act like the SA/CA is paying our bills. There are so many straps out there, Hermes doesn’t own it all. Those Etsy straps are not trying to be Hermes. They don’t have branding there.

Take it your SA to help you with the strap! If they can't, return it!

Can you take your bag to Rago and have them add another thinner gold rings to the ones already on the bag? I have had Rago replace a clasp on a LV dog leash and move a ring on the chain strap of a vintage CHANEL so I could wear it crossbody. Rago has a jeweler they work with if they cannot do the metal work themselves.

Im sorry but all your rings are miles to big and look awkward on your finger. The five year anniversary ring is miles to big in both the size and size of the diamonds. You have such a slim and dainty hand they overwhelm you.

I recommend shopping at Samaritaine Paris. I bought a ring from Cartier there and the mall has a rewards system (DFS), so I used my reward credit for a pair of Celine sunglasses (free)!

Great video! I have the same Hermes cap same color and all, and that happened to me 😢. So the inside stained a little unfortunately. I heard spraying fabrics with hair spray avoids the make up stains but I couldn’t do it lol. I still love and wear my cap all the time, enjoy yours!Btw, I do vibram to all my Chanel and Hermes shoes, it is great to do it before wearing the shoes as most ppl do it after they are worn 😅

As an update, the shoe spray worked really well on my canvas bag allowing water to just roll off it it. I would definitely use it on other shoes and bags! ❤ What other tips do you have to protect your luxury items?
