you make some nice points about lowell i forgot about, i grew up off bridge st and the surrounding area and i really miss the fall there, its so beautiful! nice to see a kinda recent vid about the positive in the area. glad its changing for the better! thanks for the quick informative vid 👍
I'd love to move to the Boston area (or something affordable so maybe an hour outside of Boston?) Anyway, I always thought Lowell might be a great place because my Grandfather's name was Lowell ❤️ Haha! I realize the housing prices are going up unfortunately, but just thought I'd comment :)
There's still some solid deals in Lowell. That being said, there are a lot of neighborhoods in lowell so it is crucial to choose the right area depending on your lifestyle (drive vs walk, etc).
I'm planning to move to Boston next year, im going to transfer from the company I work in Vegas to Massachusetts, Lowell sounds like a good option not to far from Boston/Everett area were the company is,also I'm portuguese and I know there is a important community in the state, any recommendations?I want to buy a house/apartment or maybe rent in the beginning. Thanks
Hey man! That's a pretty big change of scenery but I think you'll like it in Massachusetts! Reach out to Matt and he will help make this an easy transition. There's a lot of good options for you! (978) 602-2816
I am almost definitely moving from Boise Idaho to Massachusetts no matter what. I plan to do a recon trip in mid September flying into Boston. I don’t want to live in Boston but I want to be close enough to enjoy the city. I also want to be far enough away to live in a more affordable rural community with cheaper houses. I want to buy a house. I am transferring my job with Republic Services waste management to one on the area. I’m looking for houses with a decent amount of land in the 150/ 200 thousand dollar range. I’m not afraid of a bit of a fixer upper as long as it’s livable it’s my wife and I with our 5 children and sister in law. What would you suggest.

Thanks for watching. I don't live there anymore either, but I have plenty of positives to look back on.

Pawtucketville is a nice area of Lowell to raise a family and buy a home. Christian Hill in Centralville section also.
My wife and I lived in pawtucketville for 3 years. Absolutely loved every moment...gorgeous place.
