TresAguas shopping centre, Alcorcón, Madrid

A renovation project at the TresAguas shopping centre in the Madrid district of Alcorcón. The aim is to position the shopping centre as one of the top retail and leisure destinations in Madrid.
The centre’s transformation will see shopfronts renovated to become more attractive and welcoming. The central plaza, which serves as the focal point of the shopping centre, will open towards the centre’s new entrance, creating a more seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces. The square will be brightened up and made more vibrant with new flower boxes, seats, stages and children’s games. Meanwhile, a new balcony will be added to connect the northern and southern sides of the centre at the upper level.
