Hey Paul, so after every blizzard a new briefcase will spawn, also you will have better luck finding one on the east side I find as there's alot more fresh spawns getting north spawns and running to the west side of volcano, also when you head bunker, there is a gas station on military Island just past the bunker
interesting to watch the boat thing at 4 minutes. when they are locked into the animation of climbing you shouldve taken the shot or when the guy decided to bandage. but hey i was invested to whatever lol

@@cpzmelbs seem really upset about someone’s comment about the game. I’m saying they had multiple animations that he could’ve taken advantage of. They bandaged and fell off the boat multiple times where he could’ve shot at them when mantling back up who was stuck in an animation. He had a little bit of bullet delay so he kept looking over them and I was on the edge of my seat waiting for a shot but he didn’t take it and I was laughing but your hurt for some reason ? You expecting to be shouted out for protecting your liege’s honor or ?

Agreed. They should've kept them Tier 2 and just increased rarity. It makes no sense to have a plate in Tier 2 but no decent mid range.
