Fantastic video 🔥 I've worked exclusively in operations for small businesses the last 8 yrs and there's so much work that goes into what you're doing. Whether you're working with a small team or alone, growing a large enough portion of quality crops to make a profit to continue to grow your business is challenging, not to mention inventory management of fresh products, sales, customer service, logistics, maintaining good relationships with existing clients, filming, editing, and uploading to YT, etc the list goes on. I spend 22-26 hrs each weekend gardening in the burbs of NJ and though it's a lot of work, it's the best part of my week. It's great to hear how this all got started and how persistent you have to be to grow. I have a feeling your channel is going to blow up in the years to come so best of luck to you growing your crops and business 🙌
