I was practicing Shavasana without even realizing it. It’s my favorite pose for meditating. It comes naturally to me and I received many messages from spirit.
When I hug a tree it's like I feel deep into the ground and also up into the sky...a feeling of oneness and love and strength. I'm going to do this again today!!
I didn't know that tree hugging was a form of talking to the universe, and I've been doing it for years! I just thought whenever I feel anxious or have not so good thoughts, I'd go for a walk and go to this particular tree. I put my head on it and ask it to take my anxious thoughts away, and it always made me feel better afterward. Wow... I've been communicating with the universe all this time and didn't even realize it. It works for me every time.

I like to lay down on the ground most of the time, when I'm tired...it feels very comfortable and can think of nothing. I may fall asleep 10 minutes and Dream a long story... I Dream a lot. And I can wake up, do something else , go back to sleep and keep Dreaming the same Dream... Most of the time I ask through my Dreams or Connect with the Universe. The Ocean is my Favorite... I go Especially to Connect with it, Cleanse or Speak...and get answers. Not at the same moment. At home and most of the time, through Dreams...or Meditation. Great video and appreciate it. When I was 15 years old my parents always argued all the time and everytime they argue I always walk away and go to the top of the hill because we live in a countryside and there's a hills with a lot of trees and its surrounded by small trees and I sit beside the tree and talk to them and sometimes I hug them and after that I feel relieved 😌 and sometimes I make wishes I still remember what I wish that time and now I'm 32. and now I see this video,I realise that my wishes is already came true 😇

If you take your shoes off when hugging a tree, I believe it’s even better.
When I am grounding or earthing, I take my shoes off, because rubber and synthetic materials of shoes can prevent the connection and exchange with the Earth and keep my Organic socks on so I can relax and not think of any insect biting me!😬😊

I'm in Nebraska the central US. My favorite time has always been my time in nature. I love to sit on the ground and play in the dirt. Planting flowers, shrubs and trees is my happy place! It is fun to hear Master speak on this topic because it is very relatable! I'm not near an ocean but I am a five minute walk to the river. I would assume water in any form would be a strong connection! Currently our temperature is below zero - I won't be going outdoors. But I'm looking forward to spring!

Connecting to tree's, Is the most powerful incredible experience. I receive white life force energy flowing down from above, soon as I embrace a tree. A wonderful way of grounding and releasing any low vibrational energies. Most magic for me, I can then in light feel and see the tree's root system. They are all different. Then the biggest blessing is grounding with the tree down and expanding through Mother Earth. I truly feel one with nature, creator, safe, forfilled and protected. Leaving with incredible high vibe energy and serenity for the rest of my day.
