You should go to Batanes while you're in the Philippines. It's one of the most northernmost islands in the country and, in my opinion, the most beautiful.
I might as well subs in this channel, welcome to my country Philippines, be safe and enjoy your stay , thanks for showcasing our country l, pleasure all mine 🤝

Great video! How did you get to Tagaytay, assuming from Manila? We are going to the Philippines in November and not sure if I should hire a private driver.
Thank you! :) Yes, we did come from Manila. There are several public transportation options to reach Tagaytay. We took a bus from PITX; they depart every 30 minutes, and the journey takes 2-3 hours, making it quite convenient. However, if you prefer more comfort and are not on a tight budget, hiring a private driver is an excellent alternative. Safe travels!
WOW - - - I'm a retired American in his 70's and I really like the idea of retiring there ! -- Many very comfortable days w/o being too hot like most areas in the Philippines ? I actually like it a bit cooler so that is fine with me. I'd prefer not to be all sweaty in need of a shower all the time ! -- ( ? ) -- A reasonably low cost of living away from the very scenic areas can be had - yet near enough to all the desirables there. Excellent food choices of almost anything you desire ! + An easy day trip to Manila or the beach or the airport for cheap enough flights to other islands to explore ! -- Could do a lot worse for a place to retire comfortably and affordably ? 🤗 ❤ 👍 🙏 👌 👏 🎯 🍺
@KB3TLE It sounds like you've done your research and have some great reasons for considering Tagaytay as a retirement destination! Tagaytay does offer a cooler climate compared to other parts of the Philippines, making it a comfortable choice for those who prefer milder temperatures. With its proximity to Manila, beaches, and airports, it provides convenient access to various amenities and attractions. The lower cost of living, coupled with excellent food options and easy day trips, definitely make it an attractive option for retirement. Wishing you all the best in your retirement planning! 🌴☀️🏡
@@LoveLiveDiscover Thank you so much - and I really enjoyed your video. -- Many expats from different countries live around the area - and - several fellow US retired military who had been stationed there in the 80"s & 90's - some who married Filipinas - just a friendly welcoming bunch. -- Just a terrific vibe - peaceful environment - fresh produce all year - coffee grown pineapples strawberries coconuts & @ terrific prices ! Hope to really enjoy whatever time I have left. --- Even going to buy a 3 wheel tuk tuk - like you rode in - for personal transportation - to haul 'stuff' & keep the rain & sun off ? Great for sightseeing and cheap to operate ! --?-- Thanks again for the video and take care. Do - "live long and prosper" !
