Turn it into a mental health facility. From reading all the comments about this place I can see that nobody wants it there.
A LOT of businesses close or have closed. Why should this be any different? Was the owner the only worthwhile attraction or something?

When I was growing up no one idolized Darcelle. He was considered gross and a embarrassment to this city and all women! If you went to see him it was because it was a freak show! Was Darcelle your vision of womanhood?
