    This was really useful, I needed to re-pressurise my boiler, and the installers haven’t told me what to do, this saved me so much time. And I didn’t have to use any of my large collection of swear words once. Hot water again. Lovely.

    its should also state that you should close both valves of the filling loop when done and legally you should also remove flexible filling loop pipe (although i don't know a single person that does)

    • @matthewharmer1656
      @matthewharmer1656 3 года назад

      Open a radiator valve at the top, let some water trickle out, then close valve,check pressure on boiler .

    Maybe someone can help me. Cant repressurise my boiler, pressure meter shows 0 and then I open valves there is nothing going on, no sound no nothing...There is additional valve dont know why maybe to check pressure or what, so then I opening it there comes very little stream of water with no pressure. Can someone soggest where is the problem? I live in apartment, could there be somewhere additional valve that closes water or something? Is it possible that some parts get stuck inside boiler? Because I was using it all time and one day I started it and after some time protectors shut out. I can still run it but pressure not increasing and I think after some time all situations will repeat again.

      Thanks for the helpful video. I have had to call the plumber last year during the winter time to repressurise the boiler. When the boiler lost pressure this time around I was determined to do it myself. All thanks to your video and now I am having my boiler up and running.

    Mine is going to 3 bar even after I close the filling loop! Any feedback please?

    • @beeftec5862
      @beeftec5862 6 лет назад

      if it continues to pressurise and you are sure the loop is closed, then the loop closure valve(s) have failed and you'll need to get a plumber to replace them

    That radiator is full of sludge hence the colour of water coming out and resulting a loss of pressure.

    • @beeftec5862
      @beeftec5862 6 лет назад

      sludge doesnt loose you pressure, must be a leak on the system
