NO, Launch 919E does not support to add commercial truck (heavy duty)
Only these two devices: the X431 V+ heavy truck configuration and the X431HD module support diagnostic trucks

This is 7inch screen, if you love more big screen, you can think about X431 V or Pro3s+.
