My God those fares are insane. 5,6,$7 to ride a fricking subway? The base fare in Philadelphia's Transit system is $2.50 ($1.00 for transfer) no matter where you go our how far you go. if I take the subway from end to end I don't pay $8 while someone pays $1.50 to go a few stations. The only place where point to point pricing is in effect is the Commuter lines. you can pay upwards of $14. I wont complain about our prices now. (then again our subways don't have Fare evader gates or transit police that care to go after them. which we should.
They are lowering the weekend fares to $2.00 each way on the Metro soon, however you deal with single tracking on the red line for 24/7 for a month and a half to fix stuff.
Just an FYI. Your visual effects are a bit cheesy, like a news station in 2007. Less tends to be more, as it's less distracting from the content of the video. Also, be careful of your sound levels when mixing. The high pitched sound effects were a higher level than they should be, and can hurt people's ears.

I laughed when reading your comment because I think the same. I think because my BA is in Media Studies, I overanalyze the audio/visuals.
Very antiquated vending machines. One would think the nation's capital would have more modern equipment.
