- DETROIT (WXYZ) - Detroit criminal defense attorney David Dunn was arrested this morning in open court.
The arrest was made while Wayne County prosecutors investigate allegations that he bribed at least one witness and was involved in a conspiracy to commit perjury.

I don't know about this case. However, I can testify personally that the prosecutors office does this type of thing more than defense attornys.

To say that these kinds of charges being filed against any attorney is shocking would be an understatement.
If the FBI is involved it probably wasn't the first time.
If they are covering up something, they are CLEARLY guilty.
