Hi Max, Loving this Condo. And you don't have to keep up the outside maintenance, Which is Great 😃👍. The only thing that they needed to do is Either Have the Carpeting Clean or Replacing all the Carpet. This Condo is so Nice, Quiet & Clean. And Max, You're right about FHA. I surmise the escalating HOA is major factor in selling. I totally agree this place is in great condition ✅
The HOA has a board of directors that are residents. It is unlikely the fee goes up significantly as a result. Thanks for watching.
