2025-26 needs to be an year where strengthening the IAF needs to be prioritized. 97 Tejas Mk1A, 6 Netra Mk1A, 6 Air-Air Refuellers (B767) should certainly get signed along with integration of Astra Mk1 across fleet (inc. Mig 29K) and Astra Mk2 with Su 30, Mig 29 and Tejas atleast. In today's modern warfare age, we simply can't win a war unless we have superior airpower over the adversary.

All domestic programs - Tejas, AMCA, Navy’s twin engine are behind schedule and will be near obsolete by the time they are introduced into production. We haven’t figured out how to produce the right quantities on time either. It is same story with tanks, AEWC.

What? Navy already made a plan for SSN. SSN isn't like fast food which you can demand a waiter to bring in 5 minutes OK beta? It's extremely complex system which will take 10 years to take form. As for blue water capabilities we need nuclear powered aircraft carrier which gov isn't willing to fund right now. Maybe in next 20 to 25 years we will have that.
