MAN YESSSSS!!! These are the only shoes that I wear when I’m running especially on the road !! The DONT leave me with aching joints , knee pain , ankle pain etc and they look great !! I love the oncloud running shoes !!!
For this particular pair i would say sizing is very similar. I got my normal running shoe size (i always size up .5 size when getting running shoes)! Hope that answers the question!

Garbage shoes. They break down after 100miles. Stick with Hoka or asics, Sauconys.
