We all wanted Danny to go to the US but I want him back here again checking out obscure takeaways! There was one near me that operated from a canal barge for like 2 hours a week and was sold out in advance, where you literally have to ring them 5 weeks before you want the food... those are the places I want him to check out, not this commercial BS.

The only time I've seen him rate lower than that was in Scotland with the battered burgers etc. The problem with these places is that they are using the name to get people in. They charge high prices and keep the quality low because they know they can get away with it. They are dealing with one off customers. If they relied on people being regulars they wouldn't get away with it.

I see the USA as 50 little countries, each state has its own laws disadvantages and benefits. I wont get all political but Its a strange system here, we always spin our wheels as one party reverses the previous parties progress, its bogged down by the way people think and the fear that's projected by some TV Channels affecting elections, Religion plays into it in a massive way, (not good) its a long story I cant tell here, but essentially the people in power on both sides get bought off, we the working class suffer. You are right about the homeless, its a disgrace for a country like this, it got really bad after the financial crunch in 2009, the last 2 1/2 years have not helped but made it far worse, most Brits would not believe their eyes, its not something we are proud to show in the films we send your way.

It never used to be this way, Brexit sure didn't help, We have beggers too, but the homeless I'm on about pitch tents, picture the on ramps and off ramps on the M1 with tents lined up at the top or each side, that's what we have in the states, the cops move them on but they return, there are far more homeless than cops, we are talking hundreds, some cites have many thousands of homeless, go to a cold state and you see nobody as they would freeze to death, the homeless issue in my state is a major part of our mid term elections tomorrow, Many states buy bus tickets for homeless sending them across the country to other cities with promises of them being taken care of, its just a LIE, this happens a lot, This is America.

I swear Danny i never get tired of watching your vids, the thought occurred to me how much my mother would have loved this kinda show, she was like yourself always into her food sadly she passed away in 2020 with the covid but i know where ever she is she will be watching and laughing along too.
Certainly the burgers look thin, always prone to dryness when served up as takeaway. The beer looked proper though. George's hotdog looked dry also to me, as though it should have come with butter on the bap, and a small pot of beans or onion gravy as standard choice.
