I was watching this video with my mother - we are both Chinese. We marvel at the technological sophistication and efficiency of the high speed rail network.... but the boisterous children. My goodness.... we would have a difficult time because we are both very calm and quiet people!
G99 doesn't go through Changsha and Guangzhou any more. Did you take the video a few years ago? The new faster route goes through Ganzhou directly to Shenzhen
Hi.. thank you for sharing your trip. We plan to travel from Shanghai to HK. Can you buy the train ticket online? also, for preorder food on board, is there an option to change the language in English? Thank you.
Hi, I brought my tickets online via trip.com. the ticket will only be released 1month prior but you can still book before. I can't remember if there was an option to change language but the photos of the options were quite clear.
It's impressive how China changed, the bullet train didn't exist 20 years ago, I took a train from Beijing to Hanoï at that time, it was a 36 hours journey! A RUclips engineering channel explained what infrastructure the Chinese built : ruclips.net/video/belm4kDAHgM/видео.html really interesting

Do the trains have usb ports at each seat?
There is a universal power socket at every seat. No worries about charging your devices.

If high speed train is battery-powered and two aisles seat, that would be much better
Passengers talking so loud and incessantly
2200000 millions billions dollars for each 1babez 〽️ 🌸
8 HOURS??? BETTER TAKE AIRPLANE WAHAHAHA
If you factor in the check in and wait time, airplane probably close to the same time as high speed train but at a higher cost.
@@foodparadise5792 8 HOUR FLIGHT FROM HK, I CAN REACH BALI ISLAND AND RELAX ON WHITE SAND BEACH 😜🤪
Different experiences :)
Train is way better than airplane. 🤡
