I was deeply touched by your review. Your praise means a lot, especially as I had a hand in not only producing “The Letter”, recording vocals, and mixing this EP, but also in English songwriting and translating. The part in “The Letter” with the distortion guitar drop, which you highlighted, holds special significance for me as a guitarist. Knowing it captivated you enough to revisit it, a practice you seldom indulge in, is incredibly rewarding. This kind of connection with the music is what we strive for. I’d also like to suggest you listen to “Devil Eyes”, another piece I've worked on. It embodies the essence of powerful storytelling through minimal instrumentation, a style you seem to appreciate. Your comments on the reverb tail and the sustained ending in “P.S.” were particularly gratifying. In my role as the mixer, I aim to let the music breathe and end as naturally as it begins. It's affirming to know that these subtle yet crucial production choices contributed to the emotional depth of the song for you. Thank you again for your insightful review. It’s truly heartening to have the nuances of my work recognized and appreciated by someone with such a deep understanding of music. Warm regards, VRNH
I just heard they were releasing an ep today, out of the blue. I wasn't a big fan of CHOSEN KARMA, and I thought the group still hadn't found their footing with the new line-up. I didn't have big expectations about a last minute release with no promotions in sight, but I'm thoroughly enjoying it, and even after just a few listens I have no problem saying I like it more than CHOSEN KARMA. No question about it. "Truth or Dare" is pretty good, but the two ballads are the stars of the show, and they're SO GOOD! Really, I'm very tempted to say these two songs are their best vocal performances so far, and for the first time in two albums, I forgot Ella is no longer there. I'll confess I had kinda lost faith in the group, and the fact this ep wouldn't be getting proper promotions didn't help. But this was good. I hope they can get back soon to release proper comebacks, because PIXY is really a talented group. I'm excited again.
First time I listened to them, definitely one to keep an eye for. Those harmonies are impressive, though big props to the rapper, her flow feels natural even for ballad Didn't expect to get whiplash from seeing KCM on ILY1 remake then suddenly hit by this feels, but a good way to end my night. Much thanks for the prompt listenthrough man
I’m sad that it looks like they’re struggling in terms of money and stuff, but I’m hoping they don’t disband and can somehow get through it. Sadly I can’t go to see them on tour like I did last year as their UK date is on a Sunday(!?) but anyway I do enjoy these songs and I’m glad they gave us something of quality 💜 P.S. The high notes are Dia and Dajeong

I don't understand why they didn't promote this ep😕. Nevertheless tanks for the reaction.
