Guy is 22. Pretty young to be establishing ‘norms’. Among other things it completely overlooks other aspects like the fact that he is a waaaay better defender than he used to be.
Fuck the last 6 games he’s averaged 21.0 points a game 5 rebounds 3 assists on 43/35/88 splits on the 2 seed in the west in 38 games this season that’s great

As a Rockets fan, I'm riding with Green. He's been trending right for a minute. I'm also riding with Sengun, Jabari and of course Amen. Reed hasn't even gotten started yet and at some point Tari will come back. Oh and there's that dude Cam too. Look out league.
This body language and swag are different from recent pass memory. But also, Amen being his running mate in the starting 5 really helped this great run. I don't want Bari to lose his starting spot but it would be interesting to see how they adjust once he comes back. JG will have bad games here and there but based from his past games, he's figuring his strengths. He's learning veteran moves, pump fakes, step throughs, playmaking. He doesn't force shots that much. Only issue is his turnovers in the clutch which can be fixed.
Is it different? There’s no way to truly tell. What I do know as a rockets fan is we are the second seed in the west and he’s 22 years old there is so much time for him to find even more of a stride and consistency. There are star players in this league who took longer to figure out their groove and game in the nba. Giving up on your 22 year old 2nd overall pick doesn’t sit right with me especially when he contributes to winning and high seeding. We can argue about the consistency but at the end of the day he’s a winning player and is so incredibly young. There’s no telling what he could be at 25 let alone later 20s
So many people stay hating that man is been a beast since high school the reason they have not traded him yet because he be cooking every body in practice so they know he the man y'all just don't know 😂
We? You got a mouse in your pocket? I been believing that the 22 year old 2nd pick in the draft would start finding consistency. And bump that meme. Dude has been balling since late November.
It's simple Jalen Green as a higher ceiling than Cade but at the same time, he has a very lower floor! I want to see him in the post-season, if he still ballin then it probably means he's a post-season player like Jimmy Buttler. He need time to wake up through the season.
He's been averaging 25 points a game since November 27th. It's not just the last couple of weeks. Even playing really well for a while. He only played poorly in November cuz he was sick. Once he got over his sickness he's been good ever since.
Start of the season was good, for about 7-8 games..then a lull, but effort and defense been there all year..the rockets are this type of jalen consistency away from challenging the thunder in a 7 gamer
Jalen played bad at the start because he was playing the best defense of his career. Now he has started to adjust thats why his play has been getting better. Cade is pretty good but he is also playing in the East, he looks better cuz most of his opponents are bad teams.
Wrong about the rockets yes , not wrong about Jalen green . Not winning a championship with him as your first or second option . They should trade while I assume his trade value is the highest and get picks or get a guy on the verge of a breakout , like a Jordan Poole . But this team as it’s currently constructed is not a championship team. Green is the one I’d give up. Not saying he’s a bad player , 1-2 option gotta make others better too.
@AyushKhanapure carrying the offense averaging less than cade in almost every category plus cade defense better imagine if he got the rest on defense green got with all them all NBA defenders over there all he asked to do is score cade got to do everything with less and less chemistry with 30 different lineups and three different coaches none who went to finals
Jalen playing like he’s a father and gotta pay bills lol

Jalen averages 25 when starting next to amen. Hes the key. Amen puts the clamps down on D allowing jalen to just destroy on offense.
We "Rockets Nation" drafted this guy because he had Kobe potential... Once his consistency kicks in with with maturity the NBA is in trouble.
