- I did extreme cold plunging for 30 days and this is my honest review.
I started doing ice plunges in Switzerland at just 5°C in a lake and then I continued the challenge in the cold sea in Cyprus.
The temperature of the Mediterranean sea around Cyprus is about 15°C during winter, so perfect for ice bathing.
In this video I'm going to share my thoughts about cold bathing and whether or not it's worth the hype.

Maybe i am wrong i think its the type of cameras on a stick that skydivers use on their helmets when skydiving to make 3rd person videos

hello, i wanna move to Cyprus in 4 years to go to the university. I am a Turkish guy who lives at Netherlands atm. and i kinda hate it here it’s very depressing and stuff. And i know alot about programming. So work wont be a problem but im really worried about money and university and stuff. Im thinking about living at northern side since it’s cheaper and i know Turkish. How much do you recommend for me to save up before i go to college my family probably will pay my school fees. But i have to look after myself with. Rent, Bills, Food and Utilities etc. Also im 14 so i don’t even know if i should worry about these stuff.

Another potential solution to migraines and/or headaches is aromatherapy.
I had a migraine for 4 months nonstop - I never knew it was possible to have such a relentless migraine (prescription medication was not helping so I researched alternative treatment). I use Gardenia essential oil.
