Another great job Kevin , love how you politely told the customer to bog off , drives you mad when they wanna talk all day while your trying to make a living , the Mac uj is a cracking piece of kit , works very hard for you , hate those square clutch adjusters on the Toyota gearboxes , take care man
tu avais seulement des outils à mains ou comme lui pour le faire? tu l'a faite en extérieur aussi? combien de temps pour les nuls? tu as repéré toutes les vis? trouves tu beaucoup de vis différentes? facile de se planter sur quelle vis va où?
Good one! The gearbox bolts in this unit are very good. No white rust. It seems that the weak point in every car is the bearing. Most of them are destroyed. Your ratchet, although very used, seems to be a quality one. I have a few days free during lockdown here and I am preparing to change the timing belt in my Mégane II 1.5 105cv. This video encourages deeply! Thanks! Waiting for next!
@@jusb1066 Yeah. I watched it. Your car was in very good condition! Congrats! And maybe with the bearing that way you could get home at least, but the hydraulic ones... Strange... Just 14000 miles????
@@oscarmontero5724 , nope he did my Aygo, what is exactly the same as the c1, yeah I've commented on a few videos, this is actually how I found Kevin to do my job
Great that works for me! gear box is back on im ready to roll, love your videos you show everyone how to without all of the nonesense we are told by main dealer manuals.
Interesting to see the make of the new clutch aisin never heard of them. Are they reputable.....the weak link in most clutch kits today seems to be poor quality or even faulty release bearings.....not had much luck with LUK kits. How you man handled that box back up and on i'll.never know. I just did one from above using a hoist and that was hard enough!
Have you ever heard of Toyota? Toyota own Aisin. They supply Nissan , GM , Isuzu , Daimler , Suzuki etc. They are the 2nd largest company in the world.
Thank you for your quality work and the video you share. As an engineer, I am interested in seeing the kinematics and design features of car components. It is your videos that give the best picture. If you remove the ball bearing from the rotary fist, then under one side of the landing it if you put a heavy hammer, and hit the other side with a lighter one. The output of the cone rod ball joint to be effective. Ie the moment of inertia of the large mass on the one hand, upon impact with another would be more efficient to give the vibration/deformation of the cone seats. Well, you probably know this already, just the speed and inconvenience of work makes you do something wrong.

He just showed to us that most of the things you can do for free at home. A little bit of knowledge, some tools and loads of fun.
Bravo et merci pour votre aide grâce à vous j'ai changé moi même le kit d'embrayage sur une c1 parfait bonne continuation
Merci beaucoup🍻🍻✨

Nice little car to work on, so simple with nothing much in the way. 29:49 had the same sound to your intro 😁

Another one with the release bearing failure 🤔

ça semble réalisable mais quand même loin d'être facile pour quelqu'un qui n'en a jamais fait.
Well done Sir, 👍.

how many hours did you take you in all to do that 1 job
Hello How many Times for this job
Hi Kevin, what grease are you using on the splined input shaft?
Ninja mechanic :)
23:44 bigger gear box you assembly better this time small goes hard
i would replace those brake disks too...
Good job
Why did you use an aisin clutch and not a Luk clutch like you took out? I am genuinely interested is it price, availability etc?
Because it’s a Toyota engine and that’s the recommended part.
Thanks.
Hello, what is your impact wrench ? A model
Your vidéos was beautiful.
I a French man.
Very Thanks
Milwaukee impact. The best!
I kinda think You should chat abit in your videos

That bucket has seen some oil lad.
Is it water put on to clean it
No it would be an alcohol based degreaser. Oil or grease is the enemy of the clutch.

What do you use as brake cleaner plz
@MrLouthguy your answer doesnt help me but thank you for trying
