Heres a great safety tip. Dont pile up fireworks next to where your lighting them. Set them up so as if they were to light they would go up up in the air not in a big pile that will hurt everyone around. I also hope no one puts these big rockets in sand and trys to light them. They go inside a pipe

lol did you see the recent 4th of July vid where the whole pile goes off and they had them stored right next to their van?

is it just me or did anyone just put it in a bottle and shoot it outta the bottle of you ask me there method just seems kinda boring but if i get bored of just single rockets ill take the fuses tie them together away from powerlines or trees and light them and 3 of them go off its probably the most fun way of doing it while being relatively safe

Better to have lit the candle , then used it as a launch tube for the rockets , making sure the rocket stick is not jammed in.

Seems a bit strange that firefighters are doing this demo. I thought bottle rockets were banned by private consumers everywhere in the USA?
I thought you had to be a professional to light them off?

Yeah I looked it up. Different states and counties have different rules.
My state is more strict. They don’t allow fireworks that shoot up in the air (for private citizens). I can’t even buy them online out of state. Kind of lame but I understand. We’ve had too many fires in the past because of drunk idiots using them and not being careful.
I remember as a kid always setting off fireworks in our yard (growing up in LA)...they’ve since banned all fireworks pretty much (except sparklers and other non fun fireworks) in that area.
