    Kashmiri Dum Aloo
    Prepation time:- 10-15 min
    Cooking time:- 20-25 min
    INGREDIENTS
    For Cashew Chilli Paste
    Cashew -6-8
    Dry Kashmiri chilli-3-4
    For Curd Spices Mixture
    Curd- 2tbsp
    Fennel powder/ sauf- 1tsp
    Turmeric-1/2tsp
    Coriander powder-3/4tsp
    Kashmiri chilli- 1/2tbsp
    Cashew chilli paste
    For Dum Aloo
    Mustard oil-3tbsp ( for potato fry n gravy)
    Add boiled potato (for fry)
    Cumin seed- 1tsp
    Black cardamom-1
    Green cardamom-2
    Cinnamon stick- 1/4inch
    Onion- 1( medium, chopped)
    Ginger n garlic-1tbsp
    Add curd spices
    Add fried potatoes
    Garam masala- 1tsp
    Coriander leave-handful
    Kasuri methi- 1tsp
    Fresh cream- 1tbsp
    Green chilli n fresh cream for garnish
