It's very important that the canucks maintain focus and keep with the discipline and the structure. In the playoffs any team can beat any other team in a seven game series. These games are important for one main reason. To establish psychological dominance over other teams. In terms of talent all the top teams are basically the same. The difference is commitment to structure and execution, and psychology. The canucks have to continue to play the Jets strong to the point where they question their ability to beat us. It's why that last Oiler game is going to be very important too. If the canucks lose it, it's not the end of the world but if the canucks can beat the Oilers, and preferable have a dominant win over them it could fundamentally break the Oilers again this season like the canucks broke them at the beginning of the year. At very minimum, it will establish a dominance over them that will be in their heads. Much like the Hawks had that over the 11 nucks and a series that should have been a sweep went seven games, and probably cost us the cup. If the canucks lose to the Oilers in that last game and then meet them in the playoffs it gives the Oil just that little bit of hope that they know they can beat them. We needed Demko,no time to get hurts, hopefully get better soon,
Demko and DeSmith are ready to take Vancouver to the finals.
All they kept showing was Hellebuyck preparing for this game quickly moving his eyes side to side and he plays like this lol 😅
Every team making trades to beat Vegas. Only Vegas making moves to beat the Canucks.
holy crap this upload was fast af lmao
Did i miss the commentary on goaltender change!
I'd like to keep Meyers on bench for the remaining games and see if that was the factor to bring chaos to our defence line
What's the name of the song playing after Canucks score? Thx
It’s called “Don’t You” By Simple Minds, The part they play doesn’t kick in till the end though
@@AndiDeew The part you're hearing is literally the start of the song and happens after every chorus before the verse. I know the part you're thinking of though.
I wanted to be Bender so badly as a teen.
@@Defy5 I wanted a B bender.
Quinn Hughes had a great game !
Can someone tell me what the Canucks record is with myers out of the line up?
Canucks have given up 3 goals in 4 games, just give Demko the Vezina.
That's playoff hockey. Next test, Colorado. Wish Mikheyev be rewarded with a goal, even an ugly one.
playoff hockey for van but Winnipeg not so much
lol Mikheyev. He shoots and shoots. I don't know if ever will score a goal.
Is it just coincidence the Canucks are playing better defense WITHOUT MYERS. I, personally, don't think so. The turnovers have dropped significantly. Hronek is still coughing it up from time to time. Welcome back to Soucy!!!
7:15 great interference by the ref. Demko bailed him out!!!
Quinn Hughes and the Vancouver Canucks win over Adam Lowry and the Winnipeg Jets 5-0 🏒🔵⚪🟢🇨🇦
Vancouver Canucks improve to 42-17-7, while the Winnipeg Jets move to 40-18-5
Great commanding win for the Canucks!
Was the recently acquired Toffoli playing for the Jets in this game?
no he will most likely make his debut on Monday
What a statement👊great win✌️
😁😁😍😍😍😍😁 About 5 days ago they lost 5-1 L.A Kings, but tonight they beat the Jets 5-0. Who knew?
Wait what happened to Demko why wouldn't that be in the highlights
Because it was a lowlight 😢
Congrats to the Canucks shutting out an otherwise impressive Jets outfit. I hope Thatcher Demko is ok as he's a big part of Vancouvers success & I'd defo pay good $$$s to see Quinn Hughes play!!
What happened to Demko
Strained his groin, I think.
Anybody know what the deal is with Demko?
Great statement made by the Canucks here.
Höglander and Pettersson should get assists on the 5th goal.
Hopefully Demko just had to make an emergency trip to the bathroom lol.
Ох косатушки , бей всех наотмашь , вы достойны Кубка❤❤❤
what song is playing on 3:34?
In the NHL when a goalie starts and has a shutout and is pulled in the 3rd and if the back up goalie allows a goal...Is this still a "shut out" for the starting goalie?
a goalie must be the only goaltender in order to record the shutout. this is a team shutout (3rd in Canucks history). As for Wins and Losses, the goalie that was in the net for when his team scored the game winning goal gets recorded the W. Or if the team lost, the goalie that was in net for when the other team scored the game winning goal, gets the L
said it with me vancouver canucks are good
Why did demko leave?
full control over the game. the jets can't find a way through
Please leave Tyler Myers out of
Here’s the things guys …with the way the Canucks are playing this year… there is a lot of fishy news going on here I already kind of figured out what is happening…, the Canucks has been one of a few chosen teams this year with a fixed record… there are also a few other teams included…
Hockey and many sports do this every year….
Canucks bandwagon getting full again 😂
Always full, just sometimes half are idiots, lol.
Give credit where credit is due.Vancouvers game from start to finish.Shots on goal and 5-0 says it all.
Rick Bowness thought his team just had an off night, that’s all.
Let's go boys!!
