When a new manager coming, it is about the level of the players you herited. The changes you make, how good the players can adapt to new tactics. Some managers make drastic changes and the team disfunction. I think Liverpool manager is smart, he want to look at all the players and give a chance to everybody then recruit wisely instead of bringing all players he wants and then FFP hits and no money to buy players like ten hag did.

We are suffering from bad windows before and also from bad windows under ten hag, we spent 400m + and just Martinez is a good signing. Others average or bad. Not counting this window as we call this window ineos and ten hag window. So under eth we should have 350m left in the bank to use instead of having deadwood at the club that can't be move out.
they should have gone for Neves but stick with ugarte and thought PSG getting Neves will drop the price. Chelsea are know to have more players that any club, they sign good prospect on cheap and sent them on loan and some never play or been at the club, if they don't develop to their standard they sell them. That how they generate profits. If not mistaken they have 100 more young players on loan.

Ineos biggest mistake is let Varane go when he was happy to stay and take massive pay cut. They know they don't have the money to bring so much CB and others are shit but still get rid of him. Then get rid of kwambala and keep Evans was the second mistake. Evans and linderlof should be gone and Varane on very low wages and kwambala should be here, Yoro should be there to replace McGuire and when de ligt come we would have at least 4 good CB with Martinez included and kwambala as emergency. Now we have linderlof,Evans,McGuire instead of having Varane,kwambala, Yoro,Martinez and de ligt with probably one more CB that would be way better

Normally they average around 50 to 60 goals a season. You need to consider under 30 goals a season l, if possible 20 goals conceded to be title contender. Then you need to score 75-95 goals in a season. With that united, have more chance to win a lotto than they score and concede that much haha 😂
