Hello, can you please, write me the steps, in which order I have to start learning programming? I want to be able to create web sites . I understood that first I have to learn the code editor visual studio code and after programming languages. I don't know what version of Visual studio code I have, because my options in the status menu are different than in all the tutorials I saw so far. I made some exercises from the tutorials and I am very confused, because I opened some folders that I can't remove or delete from my workspace. I tried many options that I found online. Can you please, help me.

Actually when I recorded this vdo, 11 was just a toddler. I just hated it due to the bugs it had, so I degraded my system to 10.. but after a few months, installed it again, and its now the main OS on my system.
I had edited and uploaded the vdo on 11 only🌝.
      Now I'm loving it!
