I did something very similar when I got my cyme (regular) last month. I knew I was going to Paris at the end of the month and was planning on visiting the Polene store but noticed they were sold out of the cyme bag so I ordered it to be delivered to my cousin's apartment in Paris before I got there to get the euro price. Even with paying for shipping, it was cheaper than having it shipped here. I realized after, I could have gotten it shipped to the Polene store and wouldn't have had to pay for shipping at all.

I wear this one more because of the long straps so it’s comfier to carry it on my shoulder whereas the DeMellier bag doesn’t have a long enough top handle to wear it over the shoulder

What do you mean when you said “it doesn’t always stay like this “ with the side buttons closed and popped out like that? Does the sides just automatically pop back in after a while? I’m thinking about buying this bag and I really like the wings pop out like that so I’m a little concerned😢

Hi! Yes, the sides tend to pop back in automatically most of the time. I love the look when the sides are popped out but I have to align the magnets perfectly and have the bag pretty full for it to stay that way

I went to the polene Paris store two weeks ago and the employees there told me they don’t have the cyme in stores anymore :( only online however! They do have the cyme colours and sizes for you to try on, just not to buy. Hope this helps!

I actually almost got it in Paris earlier this year but ended up going with the mini lady dior. I liked the djoy I tried on (in white) so I’d definitely consider it, but when I saw the pink mini lady dior it won me over so I couldn’t say no to it
