This is the reason for why government sector is important for improvement of lower section people but still some say government sector must be privatised.
Babu bhaiya government sector must be privatised for the better future of the country. But there is difference Government hospitals, government schools and colleges are not businesses so they will never be privatised . Sectors that should be privatised are petroleum companies, telecom, manufacturing units etc
One more thing, the fee should be a little high for these premium education institutions because once the admission is done , any bank will give education loan very easily as job is guaranteed after studying in IIM, AIIMS and IIT

Government hospitals, government schools and colleges are not businesses so they will never be privatised .
Sectors that should be privatised are petroleum companies, telecom, manufacturing units etc
