The Master cylinder comes on the bike as part of the Linked brake system Honda puts on them. It is mounted below the right handlebar underneath the plastic panels and can take quite a bit of effort to remove it on the 2015 model and later. Once it is removed you also have to make a longer brake cable to go from the lever on the left handlebar all the way to the drum brake lever. From factory they have a short cable to just out of sight at front then another longer cable to the brake lever at rear wheel. I would mention that it would be better to simply buy a proper left handlebar brake master cylinder with lever complete from a different model Honda that has a rear disc brake from factory. Then it would match the appearance of the right master cylinder for the front brakes. Also he shows removing a brake hose from the front caliper. It is smarter to mount a short loop hose from one of the other brake hoses using a longer brake hose bolt where the 2 hoses mount then all three pistons on the front caliper will work together for better braking by the one right brake lever. That longer bolt will also require 3 seal washers; 1 at bolt head; one between hoses; and last between hose and caliper. The idea is good but performed poorly from a engineering point of view. The disc to be any good must run true & his did not. A shallow circle should have been machined onto the rim to center the disc and ensure a flat surface to mount on. He also used non hardened bolts for caliper mounting. Done properly there is no need to retain use of the drum brake. It was pretty weak anyway.
I put a disc in the back just like you did, but I couldn't manage to adjust the combination. Do we need to weld the part you are welding? Is there another way? If it is as tight as before, it is enough, but it does not work the caliper at all.
I have removed the copyright the copyright operate brake pump I removed it front brake I stuck it so that to press 100% no 25% and I connected the rear brake caliper

Neat theory, but hell no. Way too much riding on those boogery welds. Plus you really weaken that swingarm fab. Not fun if you hit a bump at 60mph and half your scooter falls off.
The original brake is more dangerous as it is than the one I have now. When you hit the back break, then on the front break is plus 30% and is more dangerous especially in wet roads, turns or bumps.
MB PATENTS You are supposed to always use front and rear. The CBS is 70% front, 30% rear. Ive got 14,000 miles on one 2018 pcx 150 and 1982 on the other 2018. Never had a issue. I mean im not a fan of drums at all, i like the disk idea, but combined brake aint bad. Lots of scoots run it.
The cbs 70%-30% works on cars only, when you are in a road that is wet for example you can't hit the back break and the front works too even if you don't want it at this point.

It would be good to go the rear wheel on a lathe na sou makes a bottom to press the disc brake so you will not have to eat the scissors.

in the car the brake works 70% front 30% back to pcx it works 30% front and 70% rear upside down completely i believe it is very wrong for me.
