How did Ben do in the classic where FFS wasn't quite as dominant (although was used heavily)? Pretty telling, and I like Ben just fine.

Why all the hate toward Randy?
I finally had enough of him when he started attacking anglers at Lake Fork. To accuse a professional or even a local tournament angler of cheating without proof is one of the most classless things you can do. He pissed all over the thunder of a kid who just won his first tournament at age 19 and set records! He is also stated how he hates co-anglers in the sport. Can you put all of that together and there's just not a lot to like about the guy in my opinion.

I doubt it. Hanks only mistake was listening to the senile ramblings of a jealous old man. Hank has accomplished a million times more in his career than Randy could ever dream to! Hank is losing a step if he's believing Randy's crap. You notice he said that he had no personal experience himself.

I personally traded 1 swimbait for my FFS even trade brand new from a kid from Arizona I waited outside all night for that bait well worth tripling my money to get lowrance active target if theirs a will theirs a way. You can sacrifice that 2 coffees a day and those friday nights at the bar to afford the things you want.

Not a horrible ides...but there's not enough money to support it. 1)A single company can't split themselves into 2 tours with overhead. 2) there's not enough money for 2 full leagues...hence MLF's troubles. Solid thought though! 👍💯
Evolved, extinct. It's funny how some can loose their mind because other "pros" which the others are as well didn't see it coming or decided to understand all the information it gives. But wait Rick Clunn embrasses it, Christie has been doing it since Panoptix came out years before livescope, yet everyone is in an uproar now because they are getting their ass wooped by a new technique. There doesn't need to be 2 divisions if you wanna fish without it knock yourself you, but stop crying, calling it cheating, and wanting to force others to not use it because now it's the angler with the best bag wins, level playing field. Rookie or veteran, prototype baits unavailable to the public or not. It's the angler who catches the best bag. They are pros, if they don't like it they can take up something else but stop complaining about it. Randy was good in his prime, okay, but has become a cancer and a Karen who has become irrelevant other then to complain, tell you it's too expensive, but hey buy the most expensive jerkbait made from Megabass while I fish from my new 100k skeeter with 5k in power poles and 3k trolling motor.

I feel like it's taken a lot of the variables away from fishing. Now every tournament is being won by ffs. Each lake had its own style that lined up with certain portions of the fisherman's strengths. Now it's just one and if that's not your strength you're out of luck. Where before the next lake my fit your style better and keep the seasons more competitive than interesting

The only reason i think randy started his channel because A he is not cashing checks and B who has a baby at 50 😂😂😂😂😂 click bait pays the bills. Ben didnt always have live scope in his early videos hes just as deadly with side scan you could have this 1v1 on pay per view and make some good money.

I like Hank a lot. We had a good mutual friend who he introduced me to. The "personal" attacks...really aren't. Some people are just too gullible and believe that Randy actually believes in what he says. I feel sorry for those people. It's like they're watching a televangelist that's dirty. People can allow themselves to get taken for that ride. But, they're all wrong. Ben, as well as many of the new young guys can really fish with or without live scope. The fact other people believed every word that Randy says without doing any research for themselves or actually talking and getting to know these anglers..... it shows that they're weak mentally.

Imagine working for years to excel in your craft and attempt to sell product only to find out you was ignorant about 85% of what you thought you knew .... and a simple little screen with a hopped up 2d sonar proved you was full of dung beetle food.... and all of the expensive lures you promoted and told everyone was the best of the best..... was getting stomped by an overgrown crappie jig..... to me it seems in a case of this instance it would be time to pull the ego back a bit and learn ....but no some go all in as it's the devil when they haven't even turned a unit on.... he should listen to Mr. Clunn and at least attempt to use it to soak up the knowledge he didn't know.....

I have a family member who worked in signal analysis for decades..... don't believe the hype. That's another scared tactic Randy uses to try to push his narrative. Trust me, 3 Master Degrees and 50+ years of experience understands a lot more about the product than either Ben or Randy.
Being proud of a bass caught with ffs is like being proud of a deer shot behind a high fence. Both are no bueno. Unethical advantage!

@@mikel.4885 the average numbers in caches go up with sonar. I don't think that is parallel with weights.
