I'm new to guitar and I'm confused how this works. It doesn't make any sound when I press down on the string. How do you guys make it make sound when you strum?
Yeah sure! Acoustic guitar just means it has a hollow body, so what i'm playing is an acoustic as well, only difference is the strings are nylon which gives it a warmer, rounded sound 😊

in the space between the two metal parts that are 3d (called a fret) thats where u need to put ur finger in, press hard. then js strum the cord
and press with the tips of your fingers to make a better sound, and make sure to practice so you get stronger finger tips
