I have been HUNTING and searching for that vertical sequin fabric from Joann’s since you debuted the dress! I love your evolution and I am HERE for all the DIYS, I miss H&F so much!
Most DIY channels never do this: look back and evaluate what worked over a long haul, what has held up. So many people just make things to stand up through one photo shoot and you can tell they will never wear it or use it again. Big respect for encouraging making things in a quality and practicality driven way. Make it for real life not just for the 'gram.
Listen! you might think it's just the fashion we're here for...but let me tell you it's the transparency, the hint of goofy and the joy that comes thru in your presenting & sharing for me. :) CHEERS TO THE CREATOR!!!
Always super helpful to hear how the DIYs hold up over time! I feel like for a lot of people they get turned off DIYs because they don’t believe they’ll actually be able to make hard wearing clothes by themselves - but you prove that they really can!!
I don't have any occasion for such beautiful dresses. But your dresses are much better than running all over town shopping for a dress. Great ideas Orly. Thanks for putting them up.
THESE ARE MY FAVVVVVVV videos. Well I mean all of yours are. Video requests/ ideas: Can you do a full closet tour ? Can you please do a video on how to style sweatpants and graphic sweatpants. Not just plain solid ones! Thankssss xx
I made the Sequin Kimono but tweaked into a jacket length with some random Snowflake sequins - it's was my go to outfit Holidays 2019 and so excited to wear this season!!!
Love each and everyyyyyy Piece ❤️ Its not about the skill set but its just about your own personal style we get to see that you put into these super simple pieces Orly!! Love it Thanks for always inspiring 💕
Great review! You’ve inspired me to make a sequinned obi-style belt for a blue velvet shift dress I’m wearing this year for holiday parties. And great inspiration for reminding us of how you’ve grown and how your skill set has expanded. It’s all doable.
Such a great reminder of the DIY journey you have taken us on with you. Love your content and can't wait to see you judge on Next Top Upcycler with Blueprint DIY!!!! 👍🏻❤
I love you doing those reviews. If i wanna diy something from a video i'd like to know if it's worth it. I am gonna try one of these ideas for an upcoming wedding. Love ya
I really wish there was an Imperial Trim store close to me! That place is so awesome - I would be shopping there constantly! I wish I had your talent too - you are awesome at all your DIY projects!
The mirrored piece is definitely a New Year’s Eve dress. :) Definitely agree it’s not for someone else’s wedding! Fun stuff! As a 60+ plus size gal I can’t wear most of them (even in my size), but your creativity is off the charts, and fun to watch. :)
I just so look forward to Friday’s because of your videos (and the weekend of course) but it always gives me so many project ideas. Thank you for sharing everything you do. Have a Happy
I love everything you do Shani for a long time!!! Lol! You always had a must see on your former show! Proud of you on your consistent glow up after Hallmark🌟🎇
Always inspiring! Im starting a new job at a Consignment shop this week and I know I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for upcycling projects! Can you do a dress form video with how to shop for one and how to size for body type? I think lots of us would do more projects if we had one and the knowledge on tips an sizing clothing on them. love youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
This was perfect timing! Ive been invited to my first quinceanera party and have no idea what to wear! Now i have to choose which one i want to make first!
😍Girl you look so gorgeous in all that you've created!!!! I like when you go back and I guess review your diys and tell us what you like or not after you have worn them 😃❤💗 I know I probably say this every time but you are amazing!! Love you Orly 💝💐
Such an awesome video!!! Really loved all your projects and so many great ideas and tips to try myself. You looked fantastic in all your outfits! I just came back from the store with fabric to try out some of your great pieces. Thank you!!!
Love this video! I had an idea for dressing up my jeans by adding sequin fabric to cuffed up jeans then I thought if there was a way to attach the fabric to the cuffs so I can interchange them with different fabrics for different looks. If you need some ideas.
I have a pair of ripped jeans where seqiun fabric is under the open parts. It looks so good, I always feel like a mermaid wearing these and get a lot of compliments
Thank you so much Orly!!! These past pieces/looks are so beautiful. The majority I recall seeing with the tutorials. The epic mirrored dress, I don’t. So I will be heading towards that video next. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!!
I have made the fringe skirt and I love it. I did have some challenges; not least was finding a non-stretchy skirt that fit me. I live in NZ and the glue that Orly used, the Fabri-tac, is quite expensive here so I used a cheaper glue. It worked but I don't recommend it -it didn't bond straight away so I had to hold everything in place until it started to adhere. Second was I had trouble getting enough fringe. I am quite a bit curvier than Orly so I needed almost double the fringe and I couldn't get a fringe as long as hers so I needed more tiers to cover the skirt. I bought up all of the red fringe they had at the fabric store and it wasn't enough so I have a blank piece at the top of my skirt, it was also a bit more expensive than I had expected. I couldn't do 2 layers either for the same reason but my skirt has a textured fabric so I like that it shows through from certain angles. Again, I LOVE the skirt and it's a great DIY, I just think it's worth mentioning there are some things to take into consideration depending on where in the world you live and your own body shape. I am going to make the wrap pants sometime soon, just waiting until I can get a new sewing machine :)
Hey girlfriend , I just started watching your videos !!! I LOVE them ,you are such a joy !! I'm your new and # 1 fan ... I'm a abstract artist that is truly happy to know you and your beauty you bring to ladies Thank you,
Re: painting the netting...I watch Haute Le Monde religiously and it's amazing how many haute couture dresses wind up on a red carpet with the netting not matching the person under the netting or the fabric...This is great for this time of year. Holiday/party dresses are always so overpriced and you wear them like once most of the time.
Actually the second dress is perfect as it is imo because you can reuse the fabric for other diy dresses over and over and have that many more options.
i have a suggestion. maybe you could name each diy so when you ask viewers to tag you they could also ask them to tag the name of the project #orlyfringesweat #orlybutterflyshoes or name them like nail polish names #discodiva or #sequinsecret and even add #orlyfanversion then we viewers could search fan versions of your diy ideas. peggy
💟 Peggy: love your clever suggestions to simplify future online 💻 searches for Orly fans. 😉Partial to her creating quirky fun 💅 nail polish names, but both ideas will work wonderfully. Your bonus tag is cherry on the top🍨. 💚 Bridget from Cali☘️ (using my pal's YT acct)
Can you do a review of all the DIYs you made in 2021 like you have previous years? I love those videos
Those videos are the best!!
Yes. Me too💃🏾💃🏾
I have been HUNTING and searching for that vertical sequin fabric from Joann’s since you debuted the dress! I love your evolution and I am HERE for all the DIYS, I miss H&F so much!
Please!!🙏🏽❤

So Love you even in your Vacay mode . It helped me remember what I wanted to make.
Ooh I love when you give feed back on past projects!! Thank you!
I made the Sequin Kimono but tweaked into a jacket length with some random Snowflake sequins - it's was my go to outfit Holidays 2019 and so excited to wear this season!!!
I absolutely love so many of these! I love this sort of year in party dress DIY compilation! I liked seeing them again.
Your soooo talented!!! Love all your videos, thank you. God bless.❤️
Green shirt with the red fringe skirt would be a killer Xmas outfit!!

Orly you are amazing! Thanks for the inspo, encouragement and always being so real, fun and entertaining!
I love that you went back and showed us how they’ve held out. You always have the best videos.
I LOVE your reviews of your past DIYs. You made a similar video before and I think they’re so good! I hope it becomes a regular thing.

🌸 such a lovely thing to say, I hope she pins this 🤗
Great review! You’ve inspired me to make a sequinned obi-style belt for a blue velvet shift dress I’m wearing this year for holiday parties. And great inspiration for reminding us of how you’ve grown and how your skill set has expanded. It’s all doable.
Thanks for doing this! Recommendation for velvet belt on fringe skirt: attach a mini velcro attachment where the belt wants to lift off on the back.
Such a great reminder of the DIY journey you have taken us on with you. Love your content and can't wait to see you judge on Next Top Upcycler with Blueprint DIY!!!! 👍🏻❤
Omg Orly!!! I Always Love Your Segments!!! So Cheerful all the time. And then sooo Elegant. Felicidades!!!❤❤❤❤
You are so amazing!!!! I'm so happy I found you!

And your Harley Davidson tshirt!
I love you doing those reviews. If i wanna diy something from a video i'd like to know if it's worth it. I am gonna try one of these ideas for an upcoming wedding. Love ya
I liked the idea of taking 'your pinned fabric to a tailor'. Clever idea
I've literally been waiting all year for this video!!! You rock, Orly!!!! Yippee!!!!
yesssss that mirror dress was my fav too! I want to be invited to a red carpet event just so i can wear a dress like that 😁
The mirror dress so hot! Perfect for NYE party!
I really wish there was an Imperial Trim store close to me! That place is so awesome - I would be shopping there constantly! I wish I had your talent too - you are awesome at all your DIY projects!
You're so talented!! Love all of them👏😍👏😍👏😍👏

You are so talented 👏👏👏👏
Love from Greece 🌺🌺🌺
I would love a review of your favorite diys you made through the year and absolutely love and wear!
You are so talented 💖 and so easy to do .
These are all so cute. If you added snaps or hook and eye closures to the no sew sequin ruffle front dress it would make putting on much easier.
I might be needing that t shirt it’s gorgeous 😍
The mirrored piece is definitely a New Year’s Eve dress. :) Definitely agree it’s not for someone else’s wedding!
Fun stuff! As a 60+ plus size gal I can’t wear most of them (even in my size), but your creativity is off the charts, and fun to watch. :)
Great video Orly!. With that white dress make a cristal belt with your technique from the bag strap, with some kind of tassel ending in the front.
Yes to doing things within your skill set!! Creativity and problem solving go hand in hand
OMG! I remember this video from last year and I've been looking forward to this years!
I just so look forward to Friday’s because of your videos (and the weekend of course) but it always gives me so many project ideas. Thank you for sharing everything you do. Have a Happy
Since I’m not a red carpet kinda babe, one of my fav was the fringe sweatshirt. But the rest were epic! TFS
I love everything you do Shani for a long time!!! Lol! You always had a must see on your former show! Proud of you on your consistent glow up after Hallmark🌟🎇
😘rly I agree with your point of view!! You've inspired us to reach beyond our limitations & grow into our creativity👍🏾🙏🏾👏🏾

Wow girl, Access Hollywood!!! Congratulations 🎉
Hey gorgeous! Queen of everything DIY, make a video making the alterations you’d said you’d do!!! I’d love to see that!!!
Thank you so much Orly!!! These past pieces/looks are so beautiful. The majority I recall seeing with the tutorials. The epic mirrored dress, I don’t. So I will be heading towards that video next. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!!

Southern Indiana is watching.
Orly, I love your ideas and I love your energy!
I want to see the corset top with the fringe skirt!
The shoulder move you made at the word crunchy speaks volumes about sequins and glue. LOL
I don’t get why you have less than a million subs. Your style rock so much!
I’ve made purse strap belts too! Could you do a DIY on that? I’ll bet you have some amazing hacks
Thanks for giving feedback on the diy's now we know what the hacks are to make them last. 💋💋
I love the way you say "crystals". 😍
Plz do a DIY gown dress from velvet
Hey girlfriend , I just started watching your videos !!! I LOVE them ,you are such a joy !! I'm your new and # 1 fan ... I'm a abstract artist that is truly happy to know you and your beauty you bring to ladies Thank you,

Hi Orly - love everything you do - can you give prices to give us an idea about how much we should be spending please?

Every piece is amazing, How I wish I could do the same.
You are very talented Person.

Remembered (and loved) every one of those pieces when you made them. Just haven't gotten around to making any........yet lol. Love from Trinidad 🇹🇹

Amazing talent!!!I love them all!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Do you have any recommendations for a good slip dress/skirt to wear underneath?
And where was your corset from?
Loved the recap, thanks!
LOVE them all, and...youjr talent and enthusiam.
