Steve Blum does the voice for Wade Wilson, and he also voiced Wolverine in a lot of animated shows and in the anime. So it's like Wolverine vs Wolverine

In the DSi version of this game, there's an option to put Deadpool in his classic outfit and, while there's no voice acting, he has a sense of humour as he laughs at you for certain things like the Joker.
