Wow!!! Adam only gets Better!!! And Home Free's story continues!!!

That would have been impressive if he had done it WITH instruments. The fact that it was done WITHOUT instruments makes it other-worldly.

Adam has won the Best Beat Boxer of the World title twice, so far. This was an older performance, and he's come a long way since then. He does a whole skit of Micheal Jackson's song called Billy Jean, complete with his dance moves, moon walking, beat boxing, and singing. And that's along with a new foray of other unusual sounds such as: A trumpet, a fog horn, bird sounds, Harmonica sounds, and too many others to even mention.

Adam Rupp was the first beat-boxer on stage at the Grand Ole Opry and I think he might still be the only one to have performed there, and you still sometimes see people complaining about not liking it, but it is such a remarkable talent, and I'm glad that's getting recognised. There's a video on the Grand Ole Opry Facebook page from back last summer which shows Home Free with 1980-90s group Sawyer Brown, and Adam does a short solo - you can see just how impressed they are by what he can do.

This event was the second part of their live show that made it the best concert I've ever been to in my entire life. The first was Tim's low notes vibrating the whole building.

Adam was really great back at this time, but he has evolved so much since then. He has more sounds in his repertoire now! He’s a beast!! I love to see different beatboxers because they all have different styles and sounds of beatboxing.

I mean what can you say other than geez, how many 1000's of hours that has to take...and on top of that have an absolutely gorgeous singing voice, which I am 99.9% sure is just there and barely had to be worked on. I didn't know that about beat boxing. We don't get a lot of rap around here. So far most that I've heard, I have to go looking up lyrics cause it goes by way too fast, and I generally prefer when rap is a feature ( Linkin Park, C + C Music Factory, Chris Rupp did a version of Go Tell It On the Mountain that featured a rapper, and I loved it. ) but I always appreciate when a full rap is done well. Glad you did this :)

He's great, but this is very old/not great audio, he does so much more these daysl..He's never had the time to practice as a solo bboxer & he's backing country-ish songs (first ever bboxer in country music) & cuz they tour constantly..If he was to practice as a solo bboxer, I think he could be one of the greats..He's very musical..Example > plays trumpet, guitar, bass, piano/keys, drums, etc & used to sit in w/local bands between gigs, in the early days..
