Episode 13: The Relief
Well, that was a roller coaster ride. From roof issues to final council assessment meetings, it felt like we were going up, down, and all around. There was a moment where I honestly thought we wouldn't be able to get into the Hub.
But thanks to the incredible work from Yak Electrical (Thomas Iacano), Vista Build (Joel), Ben Vitale (Vitale Design), and the fire consultant (Rolf), solutions were found, and they wasted no time getting to work.
Normally, a process like this would take about 3 to 4 weeks, but these guys managed to smash it out in just 3.5 days.
Relief is an understatement; we are also incredibly grateful. These men took ownership of the situation as if it was their own business on the line.
With this progress, we can officially confirm that our opening date will be Saturday, January 27th.
Let the final week begin... We may not be home yet, but we're getting there.
