MN Mobile guy is legit. Today, they were able to remotely unlock my two S23 (most recent) from T-Mobile. Now I can use local SIM cards whenever I travel. Thank you Nathan.

I don't know. It sounds like you should contact your wireless carrier for troubleshooting assistance

There is no "unlock program". The unlock is done by modifying the internal EFS partition, which is not something that the average person can do on their own. It requires lots of training and experience
I bought an s22 ultra that was unlocked and i have my t-mobile sim and it works and all but when i restart my phone it says that the Verizon sim isnt inserted. My question is did i buy it fully unlocked or what can i do because it says i have a software update but i cant update it
If it says that "this SIM is not from Verizon Wireless", then you can just ignore it - it doesn't affect anything. But if you want that message removed, we would be able to do that for you
My s21 plus is unlocked from Verizon and is being used on att when I put my att sim in for the first time it deleted all the Verizon software and downloaded at&t software is that what happens to the phone after your done unlocking it?
Yep, most Samsung devices will change the configuration to match the SIM that you insert
