Always love Hillsdale presentations, and this one was no different. Excellent description of the Administrative State and why it is problematic. Interestingly enough, this summer the SCOTUS will rule on Sackett v EPA (you should know about it, if not, hit up the search engine) and if the court rules that the plaintiff (Sackett) deserves a court hearing - this will strike a blow to not only the EPA, but to the Administrative State in general. Cross your fingers...

Fantastic examination and convincing argument. As an aside, his wife should ask him to stop the irritating habit of adding a questioning "uh" or "right" (seeking affirmation from the audience,) after every sentence - about drove me crazy hearing him do that over and over.

@BruceMichaelAnderson It seams to me this Man here points out some very big topical points, as such I say The fda should have not passed Judgement on such the Judgement should have been a matter Judged in the courts or debated by congress or both!, in my view the separation of powers is as such so being mocked! with direct Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree/Criminal? What Say you!
