Interesting video, Lok. I have the 24-70 f4 lens for my Nikon Z which also has that feature where you have to open the lens before you can use it. It is definitely a feature I don't like. I do like your video though.
At this point i dont see a point from sony Fanboy POV make any senses by saying canon is bad they dont want to open up their mount for 3rd party... i mean if u can buy a original canon native lens with cheaper price why bother put other brands on it? Hahahahhaa
These Canon "mid-range" lenses are still more expensive than Tamron and Sigma. And that's even in US. What you say can be applied to Sony, even without third-party lenses, since they have many more mid-range lenses. There is the G-series and besides, many "just Sony" lenses are weather sealed, and have good quality build like 35 or 85 1.8 for example. Nikon also already has 2 lines of mid-range lenses. Their S-series, unlike Canon's L, allows itself to go below $1,000, and that's why Nikon now has very balanced and practical 1.8 primes. But Canon only discovered this year that it is possible to make non-L lenses with weather sealing. But they still sell them within L-series price range. Let's be honest. At the moment, Canon plays the “middle segment” very poorly
In sales we usually use ”less expensive” or ”more affordable” as well, since the word ”cheap” has a quality connotation to it.
or good price
Lol Kai and Lok's videos come out at exactly the same time :P
📷 Seems like a decent lens.
Solid video Lok! Good work!
Great addition to the canon line up 👌
Wow, there was no rumors about this lens coming up.
You can use the word "Inexpensive" as "Cheaper" has a negative connotation. Inexpensive can convey quality for a lower cost

Это точно 2.8? А то по размытию заднего фона выглядит как f4 для полного кадра🤔

The Canon RF lenses price is way to high.
