- In this video we will see how to make potato cheeseballs recipe in tamil. This is a quick and easy evening snacks recipe in which we are going to make a crispy crust of mashed potatoes and breadcrumbs which enclose a soft cheesy center. Ingredients:
Makes 12 Potato Cheese balls
3 medium Potatoes
2 tbsp Rice flour
2 tbsp Bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves
required Salt
12 pieces of Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Maida
required Water
1 cup Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Recipe:::::
1. Required potato for ur family
2. Rice flour
3. Bread crumbs or maida flour
4. chillies 2 tablespoon
5. Pepper 1/2 spoon
6. Coriander leaves
7. Salt required amount
8. 12 or required amount mozzarella cheese
Next ball
1. Corn flour
2. Maidha flour
3. Water 💧
It should be a bit thick
After r finishing all fry it and taste 😋
Hi sis. Today I tried this, but I’ve used kothumai instead of maida but tastes so good 😋 but for the cheese we should use only (mozzarella) then nyy we’ll get that cheesyyyyy kind🧀
