You know if you think about it, I find it comforting that your car got in an accident the day before a flood because it is safer at the shop then it is on the streets rn. Whatever divine source may be out there, they saved your cars life

the fact that those cars are under water, and because of the wreck your car is not parked out there is almost a blessing. I couldn't imagine how much worse it would be if your car was parked out there and ended up under water like that.

As someone whose car went through a flood exactly like that, the only outcome for those cars is totaled. Fate was really on your side with the accident, since it removed your car from the area! My favorite food growing up was tuna noodle casserole, which I don’t think is too weird a food, but is definitely an unusual favorite 🤣

Hey Steph I have a suggestion for avoiding your dishes piling up. Instead of putting them in the sink when you’re done you can just rinse them and put them in the dishwasher. Only leave the things that can’t go in the dishwasher in the sink. Hope this helps!

Steph, the condition you are talking about is Raynaud's phenomenon. I have it as well! My hands and feet go numb and turn purple when exposed to cold. Another reason I'm not moving out of California lol

Weird food combinations (I actually have many):
- Strawberries dipped in peanut butter (my husband says it’s weird, I think it’s delicious)
- I love to squeeze lime into a cup and add salt and just drink it 🤷🏻♀️ I don’t know why but sometimes that’s all I crave
- Pear and blue cheese
- Goat cheese and honey
- Grilled potatoes and mustard
- Popcorn and mustard (or lime juice)

My weirdest food combination is butter and cucumber. I love it so much. In bread. And the butter hard not melted, I love it 😂 I also recommend freezing bread so that whenever you’re in a jam and don’t go grocery shopping, you have bread!

I love single ingredient sandwiches- so you have your base- white bread, mayo and salt usually- and then you can alternateA raw onion slices, or bread and butter pickle slice or just lettuce leaves. Yum. The best.

I loved eating cream cheese and jelly sandwiches as a kid! Everyone else at school was weirded out but it was my staple.
I always make my oatmeal with a squeezed banana, oatmeal and some almond milk, but not too much, and then after 1,5 minutes of microwaving, add some peanut butter and frozen berries (because the normal ones are too expensive haha), microwave it again for 30 seconds, and then it's soooo good. If you're looking for other recipes with oatmeal :)
hey steph!! i have the same weird numbing thing, but in my hands! use warm / hot water to get rid of it! it’s called Raynaud’s syndrome! my hands go yellow and lose circulation HAHA it happened to me at the beach and it was so uncomfortable, i had to use a metal bench that had been sitting in the sun to fix it! i understand!!

Weird food combination: As a kid I’d eat pb&j with a slice of cheddar cheese in the middle. My mom introduced it to me. By the time you have enough jam and peanut butter it’s kinda sweet so the cheese cuts the sweetness. Now I’m lactose intolerant so no cheese for me.
I feel the same way with career aspirations, I just knew I wanted to work in the book industry and that I was good at social media so now I do social media marketing for a book brand 🥰 I used to do social media for myself but ironically don’t have the time anymore!

20:42 um the only weird combination I have is not really “food” but more for dessert and that is with either red velvet cupcakes or just a cake, I put chocolate icing on the top bc I don’t like crème cheese icing. Some people find it weird but we all have our weird things that we prefer.

When I was a kid, my mom would get the caramel frappe from Mcdonalds. One time she asked for extra caramel and I decided it would be a good idea to dip my kids meal chicken nuggets into the cup of extra caramel. IT WAS SO GOOD!! Like legitimately I will still order that sometimes when I'm feeling nostalgic. People compare it to chicken and waffles with like the maple syrup but I genuinely hate chicken and waffles so I don't agree. Anyways that's my rant

Idk if I have any weird foods but I literally put cheese on every thing I love cheese so much, and pesto as well so good, I’ll just eat tomatoes with nothing else like I used to work at a sandwich place and would just grab & eat slices of tomatoes 😂 but a weird snack combo but good is Nutella with white cheddar cheez-its or extra cheddar goldfish both good 😂
