It's better if you use Qiyana's passive to clear the camps. For example 2 auto attacks with one element and then use Q, then switch elements, 2 auto attacks and Q and do that in a loop.

thats the reason the change is actualy a nerf to qiyannas jungle clear until she hits lvl 8
