This song is inspired by the famous Psalm 51, when David broke before God after greatly sinning. This paints a portrait of repentance and godly sorrow which is good for us, although painful.

We are often lost in our ambitions, chasing, fighting, and searching for something greater, while God watches as we stray in darkness. Yet, He loves us, forgives us, justifies us, and cleanses us, offering hope that we awaken. Oh, we don't deserve this love. God, we accept Your sacrifice and give our lives to You. By His precious grace, we can return to Him. There is only one path to eternal life, and it is His.
All glory to Almighty God-our Creator, our Father, our Lord and Savior, our King, our hope, our everything.
I thank God for allowing King David to write this PSALM 51, one of the greatest prayers for us as God people to understand, when we sin, we sin against God.

I was given Psalm 51 to read by the Holy Spirit, God, or Jesus on 6-1-22. But, more recently, 4:04 5-1-24, and 6-25-24. I understand this Psalm better than I ever have!!! Amen ❤❤❤

@@MrBojangles877 I got a look into that I was vegan for a bit with all the necessary supplements I ran in to health problems… i’m glad I didn’t continue. My health restored after a primarily carnivore diet. There’s a lot of people reversing serious inflammation with that who were previously vegan. But I’ll still look into what you are saying 😊

This video came up in my feed just as I was going to bed last night, so it was a great way to end my day. As I read through the comments this morning, I am quickly reminded how easy it is for us Christians to be distracted from Christ and His saving grace. This channel is one of the few places that I can go that balances our need for a Savior with His victory over sin and death. I'm so sorry that the discussion moved away from Psalm 51 to topics that have no bearing on our salvation.
Getting back to the topic of the video, I love Psalm 51 and was thinking about it just yesterday before this video came out. Verses 3-4 in particular stand out, "For I know my transgressions / and my sin is ever before me / Against you, you only, have I sinned / and done what is evil in your sight." Reading these words makes me humble knowing that only the righteousness of Christ saves.
