I also saw on the website that line 3 is the result of the Auto Calibration and that the left lines 1 and 2 are .05mm each lower and the right lines 4 and 5 are .05mm each higher. Sadly I am having a problem with my Auto Calibration stating that the result is inaccurate after the first point. I want to try a few more things before reaching out to tech support.
@@louvoodoo In the user manual there's a whole chapter on auto and manual calibration. If you wan't to resolve the issue yourself that's a great place to start before contacting the Tech Support.
We never tested our machines with Palette, although the manufacturer claims it is compatible: support.mosaicmfg.com/Wiki/Printer_Compatibility_with_Palette

What is the criteria to select which line is best? I usually just pick the thickest line the has no gaps. Is this correct? Thanks!
A correct line is the one that sticks to the table after gently touching it with the finger, but can be easily ripped off with a fingernail.
