    All I gotta say is Blake Bortles played well enough to get the Jags to the AFC championship so Trevor Lawrence can definitely win a superbowl

      Our defense was literally at an all time great level. Bortles more or less played exactly to his regular benchmark when you dive into the numbers

    These are the same clowns who claim Caleb Williams will be in the playoffs without Williams ever stepping on the field.

      They say the BEARS can get to the playoffs and that shouldn’t be a surprise if caleb is even mediocre

    No. Trevor Lawrence isn't Super Bowl caliber yet. That to me means a Tier 1 or Top of Tier 2 level QB that can lead you there. That's not Trevor & the Josh Allen comparison isn't a fair one. Allen has already been to an AFC Title Game & with a worse coach too than Trevor has rn in Doug Pederson. If you want a better comparison, it's a younger Dak Prescott

      As a Jags fan - I agree Trevor is not there yet...I think he can get there...but nothing is guaranteed. Right now he is NOT a guy who if behind and need a TD to win with under 2 min left strikes FEAR into the other team...he did a few times in 2022...but not last year...Until he becomes "that guy"...we wont be legit SB threat. Roster getting better though.

      Dak is and was waaaay more efficient sadly. Does he choke, yes. But Trevor hasn't shown that and he doesn't play in dallas

    He had 15 dropped touchdowns last year first in the league

      First or last all quarterbacks can say the same crappy or saying. So your point is?????

      @@yourpainxone7197the point is if you give Trevor half of those drops his numbers don’t look bad from last year. And if he didn’t get hurt the jags would have won at least half of the games we lost. Would have ended the season at 12-4 or 11-5.

      The defense also made the play of the game and made Brady fumble. When nobody had really stopped anyone. The defense played their role.

    I am a Pats fan who had Brady all those years......but any competent NFL QB who is adverse to sloppy, unnecessary turnovers, is capable of going on a SB winning run! Trent fucking Dilfer has a ring, because he was in the right situation and protected!

    Purdy vs the Prince is no contest. Purdy is far better. Just his TD to TO ratio compared to the Prince shows it!

    • @joshuacucci457
      @joshuacucci457 2 месяца назад

      Purdy is legitimately carried on both sides of the ball. The 49ers have a star at just about every position. Do you remember what happened to Purdy after he lost Deebo? The dude sucked. He has an offense that can help him put up big statistical numbers, as well as a defense that can put him in good positions on offense.

    • @benford574
      @benford574 2 месяца назад

      @@joshuacucci457 the idea that Purdy has to have Deebo and everyone else in the lineup is laughable. You are holding the 3 game losing streak from 2023 up as proof he can’t don’t it without them all. But if you re-watch those three games honestly you will see one bad game against Cleveland that he still lead them to a chance to win, the kicker just missed. Then two games where he played very well until he sustained concussions. If you look at his play in 2022 without some skill players like Deebo you will see he still played very well even without them.
      Just like everyone else, you will eventually have to begrudgingly accept that Purdy is a top tier QB in this league. Maybe it will take several more years of him putting up MVP type numbers, but it will happen.
